Tucson Young Life Swingathon 2018

Join us on Saturday March 3rd
NW Tucson Young Life, Tucson Capernaum, and Tucson Metro Young Life are having a great fundraising event that will be a fun outing for you as an individual and you can bring your family if you choose! You do not have to be a golfer to participate and enjoy this day! You will receive your own fundraising page where friends and family can sponsor you as you help to make a difference in the lives of kids. We hope that you join us as we raise money for adolescents of all abilities right here in Tucson! Click the "register now" button below to find out how to register and how to begin fundraising! Unable to join us for the day? Consider donating and/or sponsoring another golfer!

What is the format of this event?
We will have multiple hitting bays reserved. Each hitting bay will accommodate up to 6 hitters and 10 people total. When the event time gets closer, we will check in with you to see if you have a preference for people you want to hit with and how many people in your family will be coming. We will obtain a hitting card for you and reserve the bays - all you do is show up! Each "hitter" gets a "card" to keep track of accumulated points- each member of the family can have their own card or you can all play on one card. You can hit as many balls as you like in the two hours that we have the bays reserved - the challenge is to hit 100 balls! We will provide you with breakfast between the hours of 9 and 11. We will be drawing for some great raffle prizes throughout the morning!

So What is Top Golf
TopGolf is a new style of driving range that is sort of like "bowling" or "darts" with a golf club. You don't event have to bring a club (but you can if you would like)! You can challenge your friends and family to fun point-scoring golf games that anyone from the hopeful pro golfer to your 7-year-old kid can play and enjoy. Just picture a 240 yard outfield with dartboard-like targets in the ground. The closer to the center of "bull's-eye" you get and the farther out you hit your GPS-chipped balls, the more points you receive!
Who can I bring?
We want this to be a fun event for indivduals and families! Bring your spouse if you like, and minor children or minor grandchildren! Of course, if you have a child with speical needs of any age, please bring them!
If you want to bring your adult children (post high school) or a friend, we ask that you would please have them register for the event and raise at least $200- or as a family work towards the Gold Level and get a bay for up to 6 people to golf the day of the event!
